We believe that photo editing and creative tools should protect personal privacy by design. This policy clearly discloses how data is handled when you use the Application and when you interact with our Website.

2. On-Device Image Processing Architecture

All core creative operations in Deleix Photo Editor — including applying filters, adjusting tone sliders (exposure, contrast, saturation, sharpness), cropping, creative overlay compositing, typography rendering, 1:1 blurred canvas creation, and file format conversion (HEIC, JPEG, PNG, PDF) — take place 100% locally on your Apple device using native frameworks (Apple Core Image, Core Graphics, Metal, ImageIO, and PDFKit).

• Zero Photo Uploads: Your images are never transmitted over the internet to any external server or cloud service.
• Zero AI Cloud Scanning: We do not upload your images to third-party artificial intelligence services or cloud neural models.
• Zero Facial Recognition or Biometrics: The Application does not identify faces, capture biometric geometry, or build user profiles from your photos.

3. Data Collection in the Mobile Application

In accordance with Apple App Store Connect App Privacy guidelines:

We do not collect data from the Deleix Photo Editor application.

• No User Accounts: You do not need to register, provide an email address, create a password, or sign in to use Deleix Photo Editor.
• No Analytics SDKs: We do not bundle third-party analytics or behavioral tracking frameworks (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Mixpanel).
• No Advertising Frameworks: The Application contains zero advertisements and does not access the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
• No Diagnostics or Crash Logging: We do not transmit crash logs or telemetry to remote servers. Any crash reports collected by Apple are aggregated and anonymized under Apple's standard opt-in developer diagnostics program.

4. iOS System Permissions Explained

To perform its functions, Deleix Photo Editor may request the following system permissions on your iOS or iPadOS device:

A. Photo Library Read Access (`NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription`)

"Deleix Photo Editor needs access to your photo library to import photos for editing and processing."
How it is used: Deleix utilizes Apple's modern out-of-process PhotosPicker whenever available, allowing you to select individual photos without granting the app read access to your entire library.

B. Photo Library Save Access (`NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription`)

"Deleix Photo Editor needs permission to save edited photos and exported documents to your Photos library."
How it is used: Permission is requested only at the exact moment you choose "Save to Photos" in the Export sheet. If denied, you can still save your exported image to the iOS Files app or share it via the system share sheet.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Deleix Photo Editor offers optional Pro subscriptions and lifetime licenses. All financial transactions, billing, invoicing, and subscription renewals are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store In-App Purchase infrastructure.

We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information, bank account details, or billing addresses. Your transaction is governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. Website Data Collection & FormSubmit Contact Form

When you visit our public marketing website at https://photoeditor.deleix.com:

• Server Logs: Standard web hosting servers may record basic HTTP connection logs (such as IP address, user-agent, and requested page timestamp) solely for security, network diagnostics, and DDoS prevention.
• Cookies: Our website uses zero tracking cookies, advertising beacons, or third-party behavioral pixels. Local storage is used strictly on your device to remember your preferred accent theme palette preview.

Contact Form Processing Disclosure (FormSubmit)

When you voluntarily submit a question or support request through our Website's contact form, your submission is securely routed to our official support inbox ([email protected]) via FormSubmit (https://formsubmit.co).
